Joseph Graham - Chief Executive Officer

Joseph in an experienced Petroleum Engineer having worked in many locations around the globe including; North Sea, Middle East, South East Asia, Australia, Gulf of Mexico and North and South America.  He has worked in many technical and managerial positions from the super majors to small E&P companies, in both development and production.

Since 2011 Joseph has been working in the Gulf of Mexico in Houston, TX with a director role of a private company leading multi-discipline teams increasing reserves and production, from offshore deep carbonates to onshore unconventional studies.

Brett MacRae - Development Manager

Brett has over 25 years’ experience in major oil and gas projects throughout Australia, China and Southeast Asia. He has held several senior management roles in innovative, fast-paced developments. His experience encompasses conceptual, through to construction and commissioning of projects, and also operations and decommissioning & abandonment.

Brett hold a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), is member of the Institute of Engineers Australia.

Chris Bath - Chief Financial Officer

Chris is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years' experience, primarily in mining, oil & gas and commodities trading in Australia and South East Asia. He has held the role of CFO for companies listed on ASX, AIM and JSE and been responsible for managing a broad range of financial, commercial and corporate issues.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Business, is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mark Pogson - Subsurface Manager

Mark is Petroleum Engineer with over 30 years of upstream oil and gas experience. During his career Mark has held senior technical, operational and managerial roles with a number of international petroleum companies including British Gas Plc, Ampolex Limited, Mobil Corporation, Premier Oil and Woodside Petroleum. Over the last 20 years Mark has consulted to the oil and gas sector as both a technical advisor and in project team leadership roles and has a broad technical experience with an emphasis on Reservoir and Production Engineering and technical integration for project and development teams. Mark has worked in variety of jurisdictions, including Australia, UK North Sea, Philippines, India, West Africa and the USA.

Mark O’Clery - Geological Advisor

Mark is a Petroleum Geologist with over 30 years of experience in the international upstream oil and gas business. During his career Mark has held senior technical, commercial, operational and managerial roles with a number of international petroleum companies, including Western Mining Corporation, British Gas Plc, Ampolex Limited, Mobil Corporation and OMV AG. Over the past 15 years, Mark has been involved in the management of both public and private oil & gas exploration and production companies, and remains a technical advisor to a number of large listed entities. Mark has broad technical experience which spans a variety of jurisdictions, including Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, the Philippines, the USA, the UK and a number of East and West African Countries, and he specialises in integrating all aspects of geology and geophysics to solve complex technical and commercial problems.

Dariusz Jablonski - Geoscientist

Dariusz Jablonski received a BSc in geology from the Western Australian Institute of Technology in 1985. He joined Woodside Offshore Petroleum Pty Ltd where he worked as a basin analyst on acreage assessment, risk analysis, play map generation and building geological databases covering the West Australian Superbasin, the Perth Basin, South and Eastern Australia, Irian Jaya and Papua New Guinea. From 2001 to 2005 he was involved as a contractor in prospect generation and evaluation of exploration acreage in Australia, Ukraine, East Africa, Mediterranean, UK and Middle East. Between 2006 - 2016 he was the Exploration Manager of Finder Exploration responsible for both conventional and unconventional exploration acreage in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Papua New Guinea, Jamaica and Canada. As exploration manager of Finder Exploration his latest successful wells were the oil discovery at Phoenix South-1, gas discovery at Roc-1 and the successful unconventional well test at Theia-1. Dariusz is the author of a number of publications covering the Australian North West Shelf, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Mexico and Argentina.

Morgan Taylor - Reservoir Engineer

Morgan graduated from the University of Western Australia with a double degree in Petroleum Engineering and Commerce, majoring in Investment Finance and Corporate Finance. Morgan completed an internship with Texas based Galvez Energy LLC, completing economic modelling for a development in the Gulf of Mexico. He is also a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
